Mahmoud is a Human Resources Executive with more than 30 years of comprehensive experience in HR. Possess broad knowledge of Human Resources working with multinationals companies across Egypt & Middle East. Within his long experience he provided extraordinary achievements in developing recruitment & compensation strategies that support business growth & retention of talents as well as ensure appropriate staffing levels for daily operations and rapid growth initiatives. Mahmoud holds different managerial positions in the HR filed, including Compensation and Benefits Manager, HR Operations Manager, Org. Development Manager, HR Director and Regional HR Head. Mahmoud maintains hands-on all different HR activities with particular focus on Compensating and Benefits, Assessment Centers, HR Restructuring, Training & Development, Talent and succession planning and most importantly Change Management. He provides several training courses to all companies he worked with to improve Leaderships Skills and in all HR Areas. He is SHL Certified to provide and conduct Assessment Centers & Certified Coach.
