♦ Tickets: The luncheon and evening ceremonies are both sold out. You may add your name to the waitlist form for tickets, in the event of cancellations before the ceremonies on October 28.

• A luncheon ceremony from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM | 15:00
  Tickets for the luncheon ceremony are $545 each, or $6,350 for a table for 10 persons.

• An evening ceremony from 6:15 PM | 18:15 to 10:00 PM | 22:00
  Tickets for the evening ceremony are $695 each, or $6,850 for a table for 10 persons.

No cancellations will be accepted or refunds issued after Friday, October 16.

♦ Book Your Discounted Hotel Rooms Online for Pullman Paris Montparnasse, setting for the October 28 event. Set in the heart of Paris. The discounted rate will expire at 5:00 pm ET on Friday, October 9, so make your reservations early, as the block will sell out.

♦ Reserve a Full-Page Ad in the Awards Event Program Book. The program will be distributed to the 400+ attendees of both the luncheon and evening ceremonies, plus an additional 15,000+ readers over the next year as a PDF download from the awards website. Cost: $495. Reservation Deadline: September 23.

♦ Distribute Literature About Your Organization to Awards Event Attendees: You may provide a flyer or small brochure to be distributed on all of the seats at the awards gala. Cost: $350. Reservation Deadline: September 23.
